Using the continuous manufacturing processes from Europe, and foaming technology of three low one fast and foaming under low pressure, capacity of polyurethane panels reached 30,000 m /day. The Panel’s initial thermal conductivity is 0.02w/(m﹒k), core material’s oxygen index OI≥30%, dimensional stability is kept good for batch production, also quality is stable and reliable.
