Four stages created the Company: Enlightenment, Formation, Development and Sublimation.
Enlightenment period (1987-1993): In April, 1987, when Mr. Rui Jinggong was 44 years old, he was appointed as the factory director of the foam branch of Renxian chemical factory, which is suffering losses of 14 thousand Yuan per year. Working with the ethic of “Is beforehand the personhood”, and viewing the “domestic replacing the imports” as his first priority, he tried series of innovation technology and management, and finally began to make profit in his fist year. He decided to develop the Rigid Polyol for refrigerator application in the year of 1989, the market was monopolized by multinational companies, such as BASF, Bayer etc, the exploratory stage was very hard and in that time Hongbaoli’s culture of “Promoting national industry and try to be the first-class” was born.
Formation period (1994-1996): Playing with these multinational companies, Hongbaoli proposed its service concept of “Brand first, Profit second” and “Keeping quality in hand and customers in mind”. With using CIS(Corporate Identity System) in 1996, and based on customers and products, it refined the company’s philosophy, mission, objective, spirit and style, especially the core values of “Making contributions to society and achieving self worth ”, which means Hongbaoli’s culture system was initially formed.
Development period(1997-2003):To implement Hongbaoli’s culture, we hosted essay writing and discussion activities, which was fully supported and participated, Hongbaoli’s culture was solidified by the summaries.
Sublimation period (2004-present): Along with the company’s development and practice, Hongbaoli’s culture was enriched constantly. In 2004, it made the strategic goal of second enterprising, raised the purpose of “Four For” (which has been amended to “Five For”), “Five Innovation” and “Six words”, corrected our mission and vision by reviewing the culture and strategy.
